Graphics won't load up need help!!!!

okay so I've placed my Graphics folder in the same place as always Document > SI > FM 14, and I've clicked on the "reload skin" in my options, Preference but my graphics won't load up nothing, my face pack, logo or kits have I done something wrong or is there a new method this year?

ps. I'm on a MAC, but I hear it's the same way as on PC

yea I done that, but I'm going to delete my folder then clear it and then move it back arcoss

never mind got it to work, just needed to change the config from "true" to "false"

how did you get it to work in the end? i've got the skin in the right folder but won't appear on the drop down menu in preferences...
