Wow, Basel must have had a bad run of games? Would be brilliant to win the league first season!
Dominated the shots in this game however we couldn't score a goal and Young Boys steal the points
Gamukol and Khalifa give us a vital win against Zurich to keep our title hopes alive
A comfortable win against bottom place Aarau
A tight game with only 5 shots on target all game and thankfully inform striker Dabbur produced the goods
We got let off in this one as Vaduz couldn't get back in the game after we scored the penalty
What a game! I thought Young Boys when Afum score in the first minute of the ET 2nd half however super sub Ravet scored a screamer in the 120th minute! We then went on to win the trophy on penalties
Champions! A terrible month from Basel and we ran away with the championship with a margin of 5 points. A great performance from our 3 strikers will be shown in the next update.
All 3 of our strikers inside the top 10 goalscorers which was a key part of our success this year
Khalifa and Gamukol again inside the top 10 and loanee LB Alvarez also up there
I will be looking to sign Merkel full time as he is class so fingers crossed. Most of the squad had over 7 match ratings which meant that they performed on a regular which made us consistent throughout the season
Abrashi was a great CM this year and is also very handy in the DM spot
Dabbur again a pivotal part of our team this year as he bagged 35 goals in all competitions
Khalifa another great ST and one of the best players on this team. Hoping him and Dabbur can put together a partnership over the coming seasons
