Great FM Goals Thread

I haven't seen a thread for this yet, and I ran a search which only showed a thread for real life goals, so I figured I'd start one for goals in FM. Using the upload highlight feature, its quite simple to upload those magical moments onto YouTube to share with everyone.

I'll get us started.
