Great San Marino Challenge!

Ok guys so this is the first time I have started a lower league save.. Always read this thread and thought i should give it a go. Question is, no idea what sort of players to go for or who could be a gem for me.. Anyone doing or done this challenge could help me out?

Gained promotion first season only losing 1 game all season! An attacking mid called Vincenzo Sarno can be bought cheap and he is an absolute monster! First game in second division I got beat.. Hopefully can improve though! Good luck with your challenge
