Greatest Football Manager Achievement?

It doesn't have to be winning the Champions League or the Premier League.
It could be taking little Havant and Waterlooville to the Conference. Keeping Southampton up despite their point deductions (and being rubbish! : p ). Or just keeping hold of that prized asset or stealing that big signing from under the noses of your rivals!

For me, I have 3- winning the PL with Portsmouth, winning the Serie A title two years in a row with Roma and qualifying for the World Cup with Canada.

I did see this one and thought it was there for something slightly different- achievements as people accomplish them. I'm asking for any achievement at any time.

Winning League One by a large margin and the JPT in the same season with MK Dons was a nice achievement, but the biggest so far (just 10 matches into my second season) has to be signing two great young talents - Mattia Destro (ST - Inter) and Jonathan dos Santos (MC - Barcelona). Destro came on a free and JdS I got for just over $200k.

OR going a season undefeated in league 2 with Rotheram

For me it would have to be getting to within 1 point of the World Cup as Luxembourg on FM09. I would post a screenie but I have the game uninstalled so I can't show it. I'll do a Luxembourg story for FM10 and we'll see how I do
