There is no solution for FMHandheld. Hazza badly advised you as that is for the PC game.
You cannot fix this is FMH as it is a licensing issue and with the iOS/PSP files locked we cannot access them so it isn't coded into the Android (which is based off of the iOS game) as a file to delete.
