Greyed out league when starting new game

swedish league greyed out when starting new game, ive reinstalled the game an nothing has changed. anyone came across this problem or have any solutions? thanks

Have you tampered with the database? Only thing I can think of. :S

i dont think so, i installed it from scratch an it has this problem
