Growing Attached??

Kieron Gardner - came through in my second season in the youth intake at Chelsea - London lad. Spent two seasons being trained by Terry/Cahill etc. Went on loan for one season with Southampton in Championship. Scored 10 goals from set pieces with them. Came home from loan and all the big clubs wanted him. He signed a pro contract and never looked back; played every season from 19yo to 30. Captained the side to a number of titles and was first choice CB for England. At 30yo he fancied a new challenge, which I was GUTTED about, but I reluctantly let him go to Barca. He retired at 35 and came back to Chelsea to coach. I was sceptical about having him back but I couldn't refuse his little face.

Damir ************* Babic.

Best regen i have had.

You know that feel when you're managing a weak team (Dinamo Zagreb) in the CL and you're playing extra defensively against teams like Real Madrid or Inter (they stronk af on FM) and you always end up winning 1-0/2-1 because of his individual goals.

I wouldn't say I'm every overly attached to my players.. But I do treat anyone who's "Home-grown at club" as if they were my own biological children.

I grow attached to Sanchez Miño, he was on Roma, when I got the job, after quitting Argentina NT, he was rated with 3 stars, but played perfect, 27 assists in 32 games in Serie A, I rejected a 25M Bid from Atletico de Madrid and Liverpool
