Guardiola & Bayern

Hi guys. Just wanted to know is there any good texts about this or already some created tactics? Im interested in Guardiola's 4-1-4-1, 3-4-3 and 3-3-3-1 formations with Bayern. If someone could give me some good feedback on this, or try to explain the instructions for the team, players, roles and so on, I would be very grateful and Im sure that I wouldn't be the only one. Many guys looks for this, so It will be very helpful to many FM players. Cheers.
