Hmm, still haven't a clue. Guess: Naftan (Belarus).
 
I'm guessing from the oil rig the club is Kazakhstani, Azerbaijani?
 
The team Temuri Ketsbia managed, Nicossasbfyjsdbf something like that?

The logo said it's from 1837, simple googling skills, it must be them :P

Neftci Baku?

Only team in the Azeri league that begins with N. There is none in the Kazakh league. Can't think of any other eastern European countries who rig oil.
