guide on how to make adboards and associated config files

i know somebody is doing an update for the adboards but i would like to attempt some for my save at hayes &yeading, i have the blank templates but how do i put the ads onto them and also how should the config file be worded and start?

well you would put the adboard pics on using photoshop by placing and postioning the pic on your ad template and you could using an fm config editor program to create the config file for you which can be found on this page http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/80059-Guide-How-to-Create-a-Config-File?p=2284969

how do you create a config for an adboard pack though?
