Man City confirm that they have been taken over by businessman Sasha Chairman God. There is no more to add to this story as the transfer window is not currently open which means we will be expecting to hear from this mysterious man come January. Table toppers Man City will want to maintain this early lead and add to their 2012 Premier League Title and it is hoped that Sasha Chairman God's money will help them reach their goal.

Wow, 18th and we started off so well, winning our first game. Very disappointed, Pardew has till January to get us to top 10 and considering our signings, that's not a lot to ask for!

Yes! 6 tough opening games and ponchettino managed to win 4 against west brom, man u, Liverpool and newcastle! Although there are 2 losses I am not too worried as they are to potential top 6 clubs man city and Everton. Brilliant start to the season for the Saints
