Gylfi Sigurðsson vs Erick Torres

i would've said sigurdson undoubted if it was the previous patch. He has like 17+consistency and important matches, as well as AWESOME set piece taking ability (scored at least like 15 goals a season/cup and assists many more from set pieces for me). Turns out to be the best player in europe as soon as 2014 when i played him regularly. However, due to the nerf in the january transfer patch, i havent tried him as his creavity went down a lot potentially (2-3 pts), and his consistency/important matches sucked in my game. I tend to not sign any player whose consistency is under 12....as they can be too unreliable.

Im my 1st game in charge (Community Shield vs Man City), I brought him on at half-time and he set-up the winning goal from a free-kick
 
Can i ask why you asked people on there opionon of whos better to just by them both anyway and edit there stats?

I just wanted to know who is better, people said they are both good, so I signed them both
 
I have had both, but neither of them is as good as they are described here. In fact Kovacic has performed much better for me. I am trying Ericksen now.
Some quick comparison between the 2:
Sigurodsson can play in a lot of positions. Can be a very good backup player. Good CM and AMC and scores a lot from free kicks. Can perform instantly and is often consistent.
Torres needs training, he is quick and creative. Can turn into a beast player as CM or Forward, but never did for me. Again was used as a back up player for many years.

Kovacic needs some adaptation - 6 months to 1 year, but is a beast after that. Great CM, the best one I had in game. Probably the only player that reminds Xavi in game. Benched Pjanic, Weiss and Dzagoev.
 
you should look at a guy called emile heskey or something like that?? he's not too good until you open fmrte. why buy anyone why not just train your youngster's with fmrte. waste of a thread

I do train the youngsters with FMRTE, but they aren't first choice players
 
Anyone can be first choice with fmrte, thats the point, your just wasting money buying players when your just gonna boost them anyway, you will end up in financial ruins! Oh no, you can train finances aswell cant you, i forgot that.
 
what's the point of making this thread and asking wich of those players is better when you edit them with that FMRTE thingy -.-
 
This is my strongest XI, as u can see, Sigurdsson and Torres are on the bench
 
On another note if someone has not already asked. What skin do you use.

You can't 'train' players with FMRTE... You edit them to make them better. Training them takes time and effort, using FMRTE only demonstrates a lack of the two.
 
both are excellent, but I think Erick Torres is better than Sigurdsen...
In my save (November, 2020) Erick Torres is playing for ACMilan and Sigurdssen is playing for Man City
 
Well first of, Read the stickies. This player vs this player - do not create threads comparing two players, in particular. Secondly, why on earth would you ask people which player is better if your just going to go and edit their stats anyway? Defeats the purpose of asking who's better when your just going to make one better than the other.
