where can I gets tug Training for FM 2010? as I'm using Ultimate Training for my players, I don't know if that's a good or bad thing, I can't tell the different if the training is working or not

He turns out great but after his spell at his German club I would give him roles against weaker clubs and let your main MC deal with the stronger clubs. And in 2 or 3 years he could even replace them.

I get him on loan like every season for Championship below teams, does really well, tempting to take a punt on him early on for one of the bigger European teams
