Hall of Fame bug?

In my current save, I had been at Porto for 2 years and I am currently in my second season at Bayern. During my time at Porto I was very successful winning many trophies, and I have been just as successful at Bayern. The thing is that in the Hall of Fame, only my accomplishments with Bayern have been noted so I am down by hundreds of points. I know its not a big deal, but its just a big of a niggle I have as I have always dreamt of getting to the top of the Hall of Fame and at this rate its not going to be possible.

No its in the worldwide one as well, its just like I never won anything at Porto.
