Hall Of Fame Gone Missing??

I have a long-term save going and I'm 8th in the world hall of fame. I moved my save onto my new laptop, but the hall of fame records are missing
Does anyone know how I can get it back or where it's gone?
The save now feels a bit dead without it, it's like my hard work means nothing?
Anyone Help?

The Hall of Fame is most likely still on your old laptop. It's on a file in your Documents folder.
The directory should be "Documents/Sports Interactive/FM2015" and it'll be labelled "hall_of_fame.dat."
