Hamsik or Fabregas?

I want to know...which one of them is better?And criteria like money,team and so on should be excluded...Also,I'm in second season...And please,do not use short answers...as detailed as possible...

Fabregas, as most of his attributes are already fully developed or as close to being developed as they're going to get, where as Hamšík has good attributes, but it normally takes a few years for him to reach full development/potential.

Fabregas as a DLP? Aren't you wasting his attacking skills?

I always under the impression that a DLP should be strong, good tackler (deep lying) but also very intelligent (playmaker). The strong good tackler bit doesn't really seem like Fabregas.
