treat your players fairly, dont single out player because if you do he might think your treating him unfairly and he might to think you lack in manager skills and it suddenly affect some of your other players.
if a player makes a costly mistake and the other team scores from it try and encourage him for the next game dont bring him down by saying 'disappointed' and etc.
if two players dislikes each other you have to get rid of one of them.
