And for a moment after knocking out Valencia and Armory, i thought I could win the Europa league... Still won 3 cups in 4 seasons (and that's assuming I don't win my 3rd fa cup on the trot), so despite not qualifying for the Champions League yet, still a lot of silverware! (btw, I lolled when I saw the description of Bayswater as a cup team. Thanks!)

Darn it. Thought i could have won the Europa League too. Looking to how my team perform in the league!

Hoping for good news when the league tables are posted :)

The red card could have been a game changer, but then 10 men did well to take it to a penalty shootout. Probably a deserved victory for Bladder in the end.

Junior Midgets (ITA) vs Merseyside Blue (ENG) - Champions League Final

Coverage bought to out by Harriers TV from Ibrox, Glasgow

Pre Match Analysis
Midgets go into their first ever Champions League final looking to overcome all the odds by beating two time reigning champions Blues today and banish memories of their Italian Cup Final defeat. They will have to do it without Wesley Sneijder and Jan Vertonghen, both out with injuries. The worry for Midgets will be Sergio Aguero's 405 minute goal drought leading upto the final.

Blues have been hit with a massive blow. Gonzalo Higuain broke his leg 7 days before the final and joins Alvaro Pereira watching in the stands. Despite this Blues will be confident having gone 38 games unbeaten in this competition and will be doing everything they can to retain the trophy again.

Midgets Dangerman - Sergio Aguero
Blues Dangerman - David Silva

Odds - Midgets 7-4, Blues 5-4 favourites

The early goal gae Midgets a massive boost as they dominated the first half, but whatever Louis van Gaal said to his Blues team at half time worked wonders. Blues bossed the second half with David Silva providing two assists and deservedly winning the Man of the Match Award. Midgets had a last minute goal ruled out, be replays showed the officials made the correct decision. Blues have now won the trophy an incredible 3 times in a row! They dont even need to play a recognised striker!!!...who can stop them????
