INTRODUCTION
First of all i have to thanks Zero Sea's, once i downloaded Fairyland V3 (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=3946 it's V4 now) and i had the inspiration for my tactic. With my tactic i won the Premier League with Newcastle scoring 106 and conceding only 38. I also used this tactic with Corinthians (brazilian league) and won with high scoring too, and i did reach the second position on Serie A with Palermo, only few points behind Inter. Avassalador means overpowering in portuguese and i hope you beat everything with this tactic.

TACTIC
This Tactic use 2 different tactics, Avassalador and Control, the first one you should use on all games at home and the other one away or facing difficult challenges. You can also change the Avassalador to Control after scoring a goal, this will help to keep you safe.
Match Preparation you need to use with Average workload until you have everything fluid, after that you can change to low workload. Special Focus Area start with team blend and after 1 month you can use attacking movement.
You don't need shouts or opposition instruction.
On teamtalk if you are in winning streak look at assistant's feedback, if he does report the team overconfident or some players you need to set "i expect a win" or "i expect a performance" to those overconfident players. Otherwise just use "for the fans", and on half time always use "i have faith" to everybody. After the game you have to use "pleased" to average players, "delightered" to 8+ and "disappointing" to 6-
The pitch size you have to choose the minimun avaiable.
PLAYER ROLE AND STATS
SWEEPER KEEPER: Handiling, Rushing out, Acc, Pace, Aerial Ability, Reflexes. (Enyeama is a good choice, cheap and very good)
FULL BACK: Acceleration, Stamina, Marking, Tackling
LIMITED DEFENDER: Marking, Tackling, Strength, Jumping
DEFENSIVE MIDFIELD: Marking, Passing, Tackling, Acceleration, Strengt
CENTRAL MIDFIELD: Marking, Passing, Tackling, Teamwork, Work Rate
INSIDE FORWARD: Pace, Acceleration, Technique, Dribbling
POACHER: Pace, Acceleration, Dribbling, Finishing, Technique, Off The Ball
It's better if you use right footed player on left wing and left footed player on right wing, the inverted foot will help on cut inside.
The Keyplayer is the Poacher, you need a very fast one, with dribbling and a good finishing, the Inside Forward is a major player too.
Keep this in mind when you spend your money: Poacher>Inside Forward>GK>Fullbacks>Defenders>Midfield
If you have a really good striker and he is not fast, you can try to change the "run with the ball" to "rarely" and use him on the Poacher position.
Always use the best header defender on the right position, he will try to score goals from corners.
CONCLUSION
I hope this tactic work for you, and please post feedbacks. Also don't try to use this tactic if you don't have the right players to use, you need to fit my prerequisite player's stats instructions
