Look for yourself. That is one everyone else does. There are plenty of great tactics here, just look through the threads, find a few that you like and then test them out. That is the only way you are going to find a good tactic for yourself.

Ya, he wants everything served on a platter for him and doesn't want to take the time to look through this forum. He is one of those types. Just wants everything done for him and handed to him.
