has patch 10.3 changed much?

I use the tactic complete domance
i havent installed the new patch becosue it took me ages to enjoy this game and was close to binning it . i have been useing the tactic since the maker up loaded it
and am realy enjoying the game
if i install the new patch will it make the game **** again?
This is important to understand what thay did to the match engine
anyone help plz?

also as far as i know/can tell, complete dominance has been re-released with different variants for each patch.

i would advise patching to cure bugs and fix a serious memory leak identified within one week of relelase.
