Now, I started a game unemployed with Sunday League experience in order to reflect a realistic accountability of if I had just received my coaching badges and was looking for my first management job in football. I eventually got Havant & Waterlooville offering me a job and I took it. At first the expectations were to achieve a safe mid-table finish.
However, I've surpassed those expectations and have ended up in 1st place and 6 points clear after 25 games. But in the last 8 games, I have drawn 6 and won just 2.

I was wondering if this was down to my tactics a bit and, if so, if there were any suggestions on how to improve them?
