Have problem with premier league logos

I have download one of the logo pack from this forum every leagues are working fine show logo and the background but the problem i have is premier league background logo I have took a screenshot and marked it White and the example of other leagues which are working fine

The backgrounds are probably not included as they are more difficult to make
