...had a keeper sent off or had an opposition keeper sent off during a game ?
I play in 3d, I've never seen it in all mytime playing FM.
 
Playing as Man Utd vs Roma in a Champions League group game, De Gea got sent off for handball, I brought on Kuszczak, I won 4-3 with a late goal, Kuszczak got a 5.80 and he didn't play again that season
 
i had keeper sent off in game aston villa agnst man unt or city in league final . Twas ben foster in 15 min

How were games played 3d/2d commentary only ?
Again with keepers, I've never had a keeper hurt during a game in which I've had to sub them, have had keepers hurt but were able to play on.

what skin is that? looks sweet
 
The only time I have ever had a keeper sent off is the only time I have gone into a game without a GK on the bench. Don't really have to say I lost heavily with my regen striker in goal.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every game I come prepared with a gk on the bench, everytime! then say I decided, hmmm I want an extra striking option remove the benched keeper and bam the starting one will get injured. SI hate me :(
