Having a problem with config files for uploading custom logos

Hi guys,
I have just created my own side starting in BSS on data editor.
I would also like to be able to upload a logo for the team on FM. I have a suitable image with seethru bg etc.
Ive searched around but cant find how to write a config file for this in FM12, only for FM11. If anyone could please provide or link me to this I would be really grateful.
Also what size images do i need?

Its the same method for fm12 as fm11
Download FMXML and it will make one for you
180x180 .png files
