having problem with sub divisions

I'm trying to add sub divisions to my own league that i'm creating but i keep getting the message (all teams in the league must be assigned to the parent league division or the child division, not both) can any1 tell me how to fix this problem i have thanks

i had same problem with serbian lower leagues. i deleted default competitions and add new ones, move teams to that new divisions and everything was ok

i'm doing it with the scottish third division but i try what u said u did but cant get it to work im creating my own challenge but i need to get the league sorted im going to put a created team in 1 of the sub divisions with no players but alot of money a good stadium some staff
