having problems

Sorry if this is already posted elsewhere...sometimes a statement that says "UNABLE TO FIND FM2011 DISC,PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS IN DRIVE" appears on screen,and obviously the disc is in it.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this or does anyone else encountered this at all before.
