Having trouble downloading tactics

Hi Guys. Im new here and having trouble once i have downloaded some of the tactics you guys are sharing. Basically once its downloaded, im not too sure where it goes, for me to use it ingame. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

go to your sports interactive file in documents go to fm 2014 make a tactics folder and slot it in there mate!
