Haw to DELETE patch 13.2.1

Hi All!! I want to delete patch 13.2.1 an play 13.1.3. Why ? because my tactic work perfect on that patch.Any idea?
I try to delete from location of game but then my game crush

I don't think you can delete the patch..

I just hope there is a new patch out quick before i fall out of love with this game!
