header off target

I played two 2-meter strikers up front and they are dominating the air, always win the headers over opposite DC, however 90% of them headed high or hit bar (as least 2 per game), My team makes over10 shots by head and only 1-2 are on target. I tried many different settings for the wingers and strikers, but still head the balls high every game...

Any idea to improve it?

and I found that most of the headers I scored from crosses are headed on the ground (like tennis) or running header (striker rush in the box from deep), do you think any tactical setting can increase the chance of those movements?
