Hello, need help with consistent game crashes.

So far I haven't been able to get past 2 seasons on this game. I always get the XML parsing error thing which makes the game unplayable, so I delete the settings folder and have to start again. Eventually, the settings folder will recreate itself (usually when I start making progress -_-) and then the whole process starts again. Anyone know a way to stop this from happening? This isn't down to any sort of addons or my PC not being good enough.

I suppose you have a pirate version? Not an original or playing through someone's steam acc?

Nope, bought my version through steam. Not pirated and from my own account.
