[Help] Accept or Reject this offer?

Hey guys,
I'm dutch so my english isn't that great, but alright. I got a dillema.
I'm around 2014/15 in FM11, and Liverpool's coach got fired because their 11th. I'm managing Ajax already from the beginning won ALOT of prices, always won the title, etc.

I build a pretty solid team, but Liverpool asked me to come manage their team, shall i do it? I'm getting around 15'000$ at ajax and Liverpool offers me 50'000$.
The transfer budget at Liverpool is 30Mil, and atm i have 17Mil at Ajax.

Whats should i do? I really don't know, i'm enjoying my time at Ajax, but i'm also open to a new adventure though.
I just placed myself in the CL with ajax in the 8th finals. (Got 1st place in group rounds)


Thus... what shall i do? Stay at Ajax or go to Liverpool?

I asked for 1 week more thinking time, but i will reject once they ask again, also Everton and Schalke wanted me but i rejected both.

If you want a new challenge then go to liverpool.. If you want to bring ajax to be european champion then stay with them and you can leave till you achieve your dream =)
