HELP. Blackpool

hi, im rally struggling to get the results with my blackpool team, no matter what formation i play i cant get the wins. or draws for that matter. im 8 games in to the season. won one game which was against Man UTD. only because of a 93rd minute pen! so far since that ive scored three goals and conceded 16 in 5 games. i even lost to preston in the carling cup!

i was hoping someone could give me advice on how to play my team and formations.
has anyone else played with blackpool?
