Help building a tactic around my players

I'm Wolves in season 3 and the main thing I'm struggling with is how to set up my midfield and wingers. This is my current team, what would you change?

LB Nuno Mendes (WB, su)

what i have found, if you struggle against superiors teams(man u, city, liverpool), try using the following system.

sweeper keeper on support
WBL - Support
CB - Ball playing on defend
CB - Defend - Use Milenkovic for this role
WBR - Attack

CDM - DM on Defend
BBM on the left of the midfield on Support
CM on the right of the midfield on Support
Winger on the right midfield on Attack(use good dribbler)

IF - Attack on left
AF- on attack(give Daka a chance)

play out of defence
Focus on right
Work into box
fairly narrow
Standard temo
slighly shorter passing

Counter press
Counter attact
High intensity(one less than max)
distribute to playmaker

Standard line of defence
Higher line of engagement
