help,cant download tactics

sorry i knw this has nothing to do with tactics,but evrytime i download tactics,skins etc i dont knw how to use them,tactics save under TAC file and when i open them,its all symbols,rubbish basically.can anyone tell me if i need to download some kind of program 2 open them and how i can then use them with the game.

when you download a tactic you must save it in the tactics folder

Documents > sports interactive > fm 2010 > tactics

if you dont have that folder , create one . Once in the game , go to your tactics screen, then click on tactics, achieved tactic and choose
