Help - Finding The Best Regens

Hey guys i always have trouble finding the good regens untill theyre older and then they cost me stupid amounts of money i don't use genie scout or FMRTE but i was wondering if you guys had any tips for finding the best regens? can u post your tactics for finding them here? thanks

Send your scouts out looking for under 18's. I've got four PA 3 star+ 16 year olds doing this.

go to ur team setting,and in the scouting section, choose ur best scout to be selected as to scout players offered by agents, and select 'only show future prospect players' in instructions
