Help, FM MATCH SAVE!

I have saved some matches, but they appear in PKM file (file extension) which doesn't process in youtube when I upload it (waited 2 hours), what to do?

Mate I have tried prism video file convertor, didn't work I want advice from someone who has done this before.

I use prism to convert in into an mp4 format, and then it only takes 2-3 minutes to upload
