HELP!!! game wont play

ive loaded this stupid steam, downloaded everything i need to, went to play the game and it says football manager 2012 already running.. it ****** wasnt ... i cant find anywhere... ive installed and uninstalled .. help before i throw my laptop at my partner....

i see people are looking at this post so maybe u have the same problem as me, or just waiting to c if the laptop has been trown yet.... please someone must know a solution!!!!!
