[HELP] How can I improve my attack and defence on this tactic.

I concede so much goal and score not much. idk what to do. I use 2 different tactic one for away and one for home
using JASSAR tactics btw

Not one defend duty in your first tactic, that's a major problem..

As it's a downloaded tactic, it's best to ask the creator. They can be very precious about their tactics. It looks a mess and imo, it's better to just use a completely different tactic.
