i have a half decent team but belive i might need too strenthin the defence and midfield the most. and maybe bring in one striker

Assess these yourself quickly.

A good striker Christian Benitez can be obtained for about 1.5M, he won't improve much but he's got some decent stats for low grade premier league sides.
