Help improving my Reading team, 3rd season?

I am at the start of my third season and want to improve my Reading squad after finishing 10th. I have a budget of £15 mill and £80 k budget. I usually play 4-4-2 with a DLF and poacher. Here is my squad:
Federici, Clyne, Betrand, A Pearce, Bassong, Kebe, Mcanuff, Karacan, Sigurdsson (loan), Kalou, N'gog
Subs: Mccarthy, Cummings, Gorrks, Caulker (loan), Robson-Kanu, Matt Phillips, Van Bommel, Leigertwood, Roberts, Le Fondre, Church. Plus Youngsters!
