Help! Increase Scouting knowledge

Good Evening fellow FM fans.

I need some help to complete my amazing set up I currently have at Manchester United.

Stadium - 100k and can't expand anymore - Complete
Squad - Nice mix of world stars and wonderkids - Complete
Coaching staff - all sections at 4.5* or more - complete
Affliated clubs - Commercial links created to provide addiational revenue.

One last thing left to do but I need some help.

I want to get my scouting knowledge to 75% (I was able to reach this on an old 2008 Man city game) but I have one major problem, I can only have 18 scouts (currently I have a full 18, who all have such a variety of knowledge).

I am currently at 52% so have 23% to go.

I can increase the knowledge via feeder clubs, coaches and scouts but I am up to my limit for coaches and scouts.

Is there anyway I can request my board to allow me to employ more scouts?

I dont think theres a way to get them to give you more scout but send each scout out to different areas f the world to build up knowledge and keep them there cause i find they loose their knowledge if theyve scouted loads of different regions
