Help loaning a player!!!

Trying to loan an 18 year old Carlos Fierro out but there is no interest. Put wages and monthly fee on 0%/£0 but still no club wants him. My feeder clubs also have the maximum amount of loans allowed. Anyone got any tips on how to loan a player? Surely someone must want this guy for nothing!

From what I have experienced (I cannot provide any facts though), there is a lot of factors when it comes to loaning out players.
I could NEVER successfully loan a player out if he only had a year left on his contract. Somtimes I would attempt to loan a player, it would fail, I would wait 5 more days and try again and it would work.

I don't know why it is like this but there can be many factors, it also never worked for me if he was currently away on international duty.

add him on youth development
