HELP !!! macbook crashes when i go window view

i have a brand new macbook air but every time I go to preferences to get window view my computer crashes.

i need to get the game in a smaller screen so i can do other things while i play otherwise it gets boring

When full screen on a Mac you should be able to move between screens. Press CTRL and the Left/Right arrow. Or you can swipe left/right with four fingers on your touchpad.
