Help me!! (eep getting Crash dumped!!)

Hey i really need help with getting rid of my crash dump i delete the folder and it jsut comes back, it allways crashes on the same date.!! what do i do (i would like someone to walk me through what to do please!! ) help save my epic regens!! and i will show em off much love <3
