I'm currently trying to create a tactic using a 4-2-4 formation with double Mezzalas in midfield. However, the front line has been very unproductive and rarely scores goals. Additionally, when playing against big teams, we often lose possession unnecessarily, which leads to conceding goals on the counterattack.

I would appreciate your help on what changes I should make to this tactic.

One striker attack duty (advanced forward comes to mind), and his partner with support duty (deep lying forward maybe).
wingers, central midfielders and fullbacks with support duty. Mentality control (positive). Fluidity should be fluid. Remove all team instructions and add them on per match basis, if you don't have enough posession = shorter passing, if you aren't scoring = work ball into box, and if crosses aren't connecting = swinged crosses. Do not use these 3 non stop, only if situation demands it.
