Help me !!! How to create new nation cup (south east nation cup)??

anyone,,
please help me to create south east asia nation cup, all of south east asia nation will be participant here, like indonesia, thailand, singapore, vietnam, malaysia, myanmar, laos, brunei, timor leste etc.
the name for the competition is AFF cup, start from 1 oct till 10 oct with group system format..
