As you can see I'm doing pretty well with Spurs but I'm getting really frustrated with how many goals I'm conceding, can anyone suggest what to tweak in my set up to tighten the defence up without harming my attack? I'm conceding a lot from corners and free kicks as well as from players running from their own half and running rings around all my defenders before scoring.

A couple of tips and ideas from me are:
You're players are from different clubs and languages and therefore might not be gelling as a unit fast enough. This will have an impact as you're playing a short passing game which relies on the players communicating with each other.
Another issue is that you are playing attacking so you WILL concede more goals. This can be aided by making you're training and match prep more bias towards defensive movement and set pieces.

I never thought about the short passing being a problem. I've really struggled on this years FM and attacking seems to be the only way I can get results it was the same on my Newcastle save.
