Help me please - 14.2.1 tactic help

Hi friends.

I can not be successful in fm 2014. i play patch 14.2.1.

I have tried many tactics. (jassar tiki taka , mw , bossa nova's , tbh , triad vs.)
None did not work. I'm constantly losing points. And I'm fired
